on Communication, Selling & Customer Service Skills

In a review of the National Education Blueprint earlier this year, the local Government has highlighted on the incomplete and incompetent skills sets of our country’s young graduates. Education Ministry officials have stressed that most local graduates are ill- equipped in the area of soft skills education.

Our search methodologies are consultative, collaborative and transparent, and to work in parallel with our client’s talent management initiatives to ensure our approach is planned and proactive, rather than reactive.

As part of our corporate social responsibility, ATCEN will be providing complimentary soft skills training for unemployed graduates.

This is a 3 day complimentary training selected for graduates who seek to improve themselves. The ATCEN Free Training will focus on soft skills development. Participants of the workshop will cover areas such as – Communication Skills, Selling Skill and Customer Service Skills.

The workshop is aligned with ATCEN’s distinction as a pioneer in people and brand development.
